Are you a seller?

Selling is definitely less stressful than buying, unless you have an onward chain, in which case you get the double whammy.

You will deal with technically trained engineers, so you will only ever buy exactly what you need.

We’ll send you some forms to fill in & we’ll need proof of ID & address. You can send Certified Copies or your actual documents via recorded delivery, we've never lost any documents, so please do not worry.

  • Acceptable forms of ID:
  • Passport (in date and in your current name)
  • Photo Driving Licence
  • Proof of Address:
  • Utility bill
  • Bank Statement

We’ll send you a pack with forms to fill in to make up the legal pack for the property including:

  • Property Information Form
  • Fixtures and Fittings Form
  • Leasehold Form (if applicable)

These are to documents that we send to the Buyer’s Solicitor. If they are happy with these then we will arrange an exchange date.

The exchange is where you can half breathe a sigh of relief. This is the legally binding commitment from yourselves to sell the property and for the Buyer to buy it from you. You cannot offer the property to anyone else after this point even if they make you a better offer.

OK so now you can get excited.

This date, all being well, is around a week after the exchange. We liaise with the Buyer’s solicitor and once they have transferred the funds to our client account we arrange for the Buyer to pick up the keys from your agent and complete the sale. Of course you’ll need to leave us some fab feedback!
